Unexpected Anniversary Disappointment
The hotel staff greeted us warmly, and the breakfast spread was a delightful surprise each morning. We managed to make some lovely memories despite the hiccups.
Unfortunately, our room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, and the bedding was poorly arranged on our anniversary trip. It took away from the festive mood I hoped for.

Strongly recommend for a temporary stay
Comfortable room, friendly staff, which includes attentive service from Seth during our four-night stay, along with the fantastic hot breakfast options and free parking.
No complaints.

We had a fantastic family getaway! The staff was incredibly accommodating. they even changed our room to one with a tub, making it easier for my little ones to enjoy bath time. We visited Magic Springs theme park nearby and had an absolute blast!
For dads, it would be great to have a larger variety of breakfast options, especially more kid-friendly choices.

Our suite was massive and so fresh and clean, with a delightful aroma! Super quick check-in and check-out too. Definitely my new favorite place for a getaway!
The shower felt a bit narrow—had to be careful not to elbow myself in the face! Also, no closet? Who knew hanging clothes could require acrobatics?

Great place for families
The breakfast was fantastic , I had a fresh waffle with butter and blueberries that was just to die for. The staff was really friendly , they made us feel at home from the moment we checked in.
It wasn’t the cheapest stay , but you get what you pay for.

The King Suite was huge and super clean, which I loved! It had a nice modern feel with a fridge and microwave, even if we didn’t use them. The shower was great, water stayed hot, and the breakfast spread was delicious. Plenty of options, so we were never hungry. Only downside was the walls felt a bit thin, but honestly, it didn’t ruin the stay at all!

would love to go back
Staying in a King Room was awesome! Super clean and comfy beds made for a great night's sleep. Free breakfast had plenty of options, including fresh pastries and juices. Staff was really friendly. The whole place felt fresh and well-maintained. Loved having a microwave and fridge in the room to store snacks. The location was pretty close to downtown too!

We had a wonderful stay. the oversized suite was super clean and the mini fridge came in handy. The indoor pool and cozy lounge area were perfect for relaxing. Just a heads up, there was a bit of leftover soap in the shower, but it didn't ruin our experience. 😊

Hot Springs is a food lover's paradise! I stumbled upon Pete & Shorty's Express—those sandwiches are a game changer! Plus, the hotel staff was super friendly and the vibe was fresh and clean. We also loved the free shuttle, making restaurant hopping a delight!
On the flip side, the walls were a bit thin, so my neighbors' nightly chats were a tad intrusive. And let's be real, more towels would have been nice, but it was all good in the end!

A fantastic experience with a quick check-in process and friendly staff. The King Suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, including freshly brewed coffee, ensuring we left satisfied each morning. The location was convenient, close to several attractions, but the bathroom water pressure could have been better, and an area for rinsing off items from local mines would have been appreciated. Regardless, this hotel has set a new standard for our future stays.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities
Our family had a fantastic experience during our stay. The breakfast spread exceeded our expectations, especially the mini-waffles! A warm welcome from the staff made us feel at home, although we had some minor issues with the room door. Definitely a place to revisit for a great family getaway.
